These terms govern your use of Decision Built. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Decision Built helps contractors and homeowners visualize exterior and flooring designs, count items and build takeoffs from photos, and create and share proposals. Renders and counts are tools to help you decide; you are responsible for verifying measurements, quantities, and final selections.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for any business you represent.
Acceptable use
Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to mislead a customer. Only upload photos you are permitted to share.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and content you upload. You grant Decision Built the license needed to host, process, and display that content so we can provide the service to you, including generating renders. Renders are representative; confirm exact colors and products with physical samples before ordering.
Connections between homeowners and contractors
When a homeowner connects with a contractor, Decision Built only facilitates the introduction and shares the design. Any agreement, quote, work, or warranty is strictly between the homeowner and the contractor. We are not a party to it and do not guarantee the quality, pricing, or outcome of any job.
Billing
Decision Built is free to start. Pro is a yearly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel; you can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the paid period. Credit packs are one-time purchases that add to your balance. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-is basis. Renders, item counts, and estimates are aids and may not be exact. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Decision Built is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms or to protect the service and its users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
